for a one-of-a-kind athletic experience benefiting Best Buddies - 100% of the money raised by riders goes directly to support
Best Buddies programs around the world.
The seventh annual Volvo Best Buddies Challenge: Hyannis Port, held on May 20 in Massachusetts, raised more than $2 million for
Best Buddies and featured the participation of New England Patriot Tedy Bruschi and CSI: Miami star David Caruso, a lobster
clambake and a live performance by the Go-Go's.
The Volvo Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle, which will take place on October 14, 2006, is a premier cycling event from Carmel
to the renowned Hearst Castle in the lush hills of San Simeon, California. Chaired by Maria Shriver, the Hearst Castle event
features magnificent views of the California coastline, the active participation of special athletes alongside hundreds of cyclists,
high-profile personalities and post-ride festivities at the famous Hearst Castle and Ranch.
