Northeast Providence - Waterfire.
Volvo is proud to be a sponsor of this powerful work of art known as Waterfire.
Waterfire centers on a series of 100 bonfires that blaze just above the surface of the three rivers that pass through the middle of downtown
Providence, RI. The string of fires illuminates nearly two-thirds of a mile of urban public spaces and parks as resident and visitors stroll
along while listening to an amazing mix of world music. The fires run from May through September.

Philadelphia - Alex's Lemonade Stand
In 2000, a 4 year old cancer patient named Alexandra "Alex" Scott announced a seemingly simple idea - she was holding a lemonade stand to raise money to
help "her doctors" find a cure for kids with cancer. Following her inspirational example, thousands of lemonade stands have been held across the country
by children, schools, businesses, and organizations, all to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for pediatric cancer.
Volvo is honored to be involved with the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, and urges you to visit on of the stands or set one up yourself.
